Returning your online purchases
We take pride in our reputation for good service. You are advised to review your order carefully prior to submission as modifications are not possible upon submission. You may request for an exchange or refund when the Return Conditions specified below are met.
- Product(s) returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Online purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the completed
- If the product(s) received is/are not in accordance to your confirmed order.
- If the product(s) is/are faulty or damaged during transit.
- Product(s) returned must be in their unused and original condition.
- Prints reserves the rights to refuse the claim for exchange or refund on the products that are deemed non-faulty in Prints’ sole discretion.
- All shipping charges, duties, fees or taxes required to be paid for rejected claim for exchange or refund products are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Steps to return your purchase
- Please Contact Us to schedule a collection for you at no additional cost.
- Our Customer Service Team will email you the Shipping consignment note.
- Attach the Shipping consignment note onto the shipping box.
- Download and complete the Return Form. Include the Return Form in the shipping box.
- To track your return, please take note of the tracking number printed on the Shipping consignment note and enter in the tracking number field on www.fedex.com.
- Kindly return the products to:

Receiving a refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
- On receipt of return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days.
- Please retain your Shipping consignment note until you have received your refund.
- Refunds will be paid in the same currency as purchase, according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day your bank posts the transaction.
